Manager Open Banking » Sydney, Sydney Region - Manager, Open Banking About the Crew The Open Data crew is responsible for delivering Open Banking and Digital Identity solutions which enable Accredited Data Recipients and Relying Parties to provide personalised data-driven experiences and insights to consumers and businesses. Do work that matters You will be part of the Open Banking team, supporting all squads in the Open Banking Crew to meet the following objectives: Compliance for Open Banking (Consumer Data Right Rules, Standards, Privacy Safeguards) and Digital ID (ConnectID Scheme Rules) Contribute to Open Data strategy initiatives, including research, management papers and workshops. Contribute to advocacy and regulatory engagement deliverables and communications. Manage and support investigation of third-party issues and ensure appropriate, timely communications. Optimise product data analytics and insights for measuring product performance. Develop and optimise CBA Group business and technical processes to achieve customer-centric and sustainable compliance. Manage initiatives with business and technical stakeholders to ensure safe data sharing to and from third parties to power new experiences. This role reports to the Executive Manager, Open Banking crew. More specifically you will Support and manage Open Banking technical advocacy matters, including initial analysis of data standards proposals, liaising with internal SMEs to inform business decision-making and preparing submissions for policy and regulatory engagements. Support the Open Data Enterprise Architect and Open Data Policy lead to prepare technical standards-related submissions, consultations, executive briefing notes and other ad-hoc papers. Be responsible for day-to-day third-party communications via the ACCC's Service Management Platform, fostering strong relationships with external stakeholders ensuring effective collaboration and communication. Develop and maintain strong internal relationships with key technical stakeholders across frontline, technology, risk and operations.
