The key responsibilities of the role: · Online Category Strategy & Value Proposition: Develop and execute online category strategies in collaboration with the Merchandise teams to align with business goals. · Online Range and Product Selection: Define and expand the online product range, ensuring it meets customer needs and business objectives. · Product Information Quality: Maintain high standards for product information across all digital assets, ensuring consistency and brand alignment. · Online Pricing and Promotions Management: Oversee online pricing strategies and execute promotional campaigns to drive performance. · Omni Digital Strategy: Contribute to the development and delivery of the Omni Digital strategy, ensuring seamless integration across digital platforms. · Platform Management: Manage eCommerce platforms, collaborating with Digital & Technology teams to implement necessary configurations and improvements. · Website Personalisation: Manage website personalisation features to enhance the customer experience. · Product Taxonomy: Develop and implement effective product taxonomy for site navigation to optimize financial and customer outcomes. · Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with vendor partners to ensure high-quality output. · Capability Development: Foster personal and team development through continuous learning and sharing best practices. · Workplace Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with all WHS safety programs. ABOUT YOU The successful candidate will bring the following experience and skills to the role: · A proven track record in eCommerce Trading & Merchandising with at least 3 years of experience. · Demonstrated success in delivering online sales targets and driving growth through effective merchandising strategies. · Proficiency in digital practices, business reporting, and performance merchandising. · Technical knowledge of eCommerce platforms and coding languages such as HTML/CSS. · Strong business acumen and analytical skills. · Experience in the fashion, retail, or automotive industry is highly desirable. · Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business disciplines is preferred.
