Apply now and join our team In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Sustainment of KGV products manufactured at the Wangara facility including engineer-to-order design, CAD and documentation, and production support. Assist with preparing technical responses to sales inquiries, and technical evaluation of suppliers and critical manufacturing processes. Preparation of Inspection and Test Plans to meet customer specifications. Team member on value engineering projects, assisting with designs, creating CAD Models and Drawings, BOMs, Routings, and associated documents. Who You Are: You Identify and seize new opportunities. Works cooperatively with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives. You provide timely and helpful information to others across the organization. Purpose of Position: The Data Engineer is a key role for the delivery of Hexagon's One Platform interoperable data vision. You will have a proven track record in data engineering and you will have the opportunity to change an industry - to enable that industry to improve how it works with data across it's entire value chain. The Data Engineer responsibilities are; Champion best-practice and drive adoption of Hexagon's data standards. Ensure data definitions are clearly defined and easy to consume. Enable the delivery of data-interoperability across the entire mining industry value-chain. Train software development and data science teams on application of the data standards. Review new data definitions against data standards and advise required changes. Ensure data definition classification, definition overlap and versioning is managed. Identify and assist in defining new high-value data definitions for data science applications Work with BI report developers to identify gaps or improvements to data definitions.
