You will create and edit original, helpful, honest, and harmless responses; fact check existing responses; bring submitted texts up to our standards; and work directly with Team Leads to help provide feedback to writers and other participants to ensure they can regularly produce high-quality work. Requirements At least 1 year of professional experience in writing and editing technical documentation related to software development . An ability to understand technical terminology and basic code samples in a variety of programming languages. Familiarity with various rich-text formats, including YAML, CSV, and HTML.
