About the Role As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of marketing initiatives across ATL, TTL and BTL channels. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will create a variety of always on and campaign content for socials, the website, eCommerce and partner channels, coordinate campaigns and execute activities for some of the most exciting brand partnerships in Australia. You will also be required to assist with new product launches, brand activations, support campaign rollouts and conduct post campaign reporting. A summary of your responsibilities Collaborate with the wider marketing team to manage campaign content in alignment with overall marketing goals; Support existing brand partnerships through assisting activation rollouts and managing ongoing competitions; Review and provide constructive feedback on concept decks and reporting sessions to enhance the effectiveness of campaigns; Provide valuable feedback and review on POP concept decks, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives; Manage the end-to-end process of print collateral production and distribution in collaboration with external partners; Develop and maintain presentation decks to support various internal and external communication needs; and Conduct post campaign analysis and reporting. Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Marketing and Channel Manager to join our team at OMFB Pacific. As the Marketing and Channel Manager you will be a pivotal link between our organisation and the local communities we serve. Organise trade shows and events to promote the brand. Lead the repositioning of the OMFB brand from a Hydraulic Components Supplier to a Hydraulic Solutions Provider. Manage the go-to-market strategy for new products developed. Manage pricing strategies in accordance with minimum gross profit requirements and target pricing from the market. Requirements: A proven knowledge and fluency of the Italian language (highly regarded) 2-3 years of experience working in a similar role (hydraulic components experience preferred) Relevant Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business A background in marketing will be highly regarded.
