The Property Department is an integral part of the Michael Hill business as the proponent of design, execution and maintenance of all retail stores and offices. This position, based in our purpose built, state of the art building in Cannon Hill, will bring the brand and vision to life through the innovative execution of retail and commercial designs. The Retail Designer (in house you would be knows as our Principle Retail Design Architect), reporting directly to our Group Property Manager will also work closely with our Executive Team and CEO to create and execute the Group’s vision. Using your previous experience in retail design, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement creative retail designs. With confidence, you will conceptualize and produce innovative store layouts that enhance the customer journey. You will be naturally self-driven and tenacious, with a meticulous eye for the detail and a well-proven portfolio.
