RESPONSIBILITIES Adhering to strictly timed floor rotations to ensure all spills and hazards are removed promptly Perform sweeping, mopping and vacuuming of all floors within the shopping centre premises ensuring they are free from debris and spills. Dusting, wiping and sanitisation of all touch points and surfaces Ensure the cleanliness of our Food Court and optimal experience of our diners by removing used crockery and rubbish from tables as soon as guests leave, and wipe tables to an impeccable standard of presentation ready for the next use Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, basins, floors, mirrors and all surfaces throughout the day ensuring they are well-maintained and stocked with necessary supplies. Empty bins and dispose of waste materials in designated areas according to best waste management processes, maintaining cleanliness and tidiness. Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors to maintain a spotless appearance. Maintain doorways and window frames to ensure these are free from cobwebs and other unsightly matter Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly. Constantly assess for any spills or hazards that may appear, and action these immediately with cleanup and/or safety signage Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for both staff and visitors. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting visitors with any inquiries or concerns Collaborate with other team members to ensure safe, efficient and effective maintenance of the premises Maintain good relations with work colleagues, tenants, contractors and management Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines while performing tasks.
