About the role As Customer Service Officer, you will be the face of the branch. Historically referred to as Bank Teller, our Customer Service Officers are leading the way with our unique philosophy. You will be given the training you need to do what you do best – help customers with transactions, educate them on our online platforms and tools, recommend the bank’s products and services to help them achieve their financial goals. This position is located at the Community Bank Mirboo North Branch. The role is Permanent, Part Time. The roster is 40.5 hours per fortnight. Working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday - 08:45am to 04:30pm. About you You’re looking for a job where you can make a real impact for both your customers and your community.
