Key Responsibilities: - Responsible and accountable for assigned projects, ensuring financial and performance targets are met. - Define, manage, and execute the program to achieve successful delivery of individual projects. - Provide analytics on project status - Foster and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels. - Attend and hold relevant customer meetings as required. - Act with a high degree of autonomy and personal accountability for program outcomes. - Apply extensive project management experience to mentor and coach - Apply an understanding of the ecosystem into which the program is being delivered to identify and lead change initiatives to achieve overall outcomes. - Foster a positive, professional, dynamic, and innovative work environment, and champion a safe working environment. Qualifications and Experience: - Extensive experience in project and program management within the Defence industry, particularly under Fixed Price/Outcomes-Based contracting models. - In-depth understanding of Defence industry ecosystems and the ability to lead change initiatives. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and achieve financial and performance targets. - Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring, coaching, and conducting performance appraisals. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. - Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
