You will also: Responsible for the health, safety and wellbeing of our in-house and subcontractor crews Follow FH procedures for supplier and subcontractor management and highlight any performance issues to the contract leads Manage project costs and contribute to wider construction team financial management and the performance of the contract including the development of future Target Outturn Costs (TOC's) Lead and/or participate in pre-start and monthly meetings with crews to support collaboration and engagement across teams Complete all documentation required including time sheets, daily job sheets, prestart inspections, plant usage sheets, quality checklists and hazard ID About you To be successful in this role, you will ideally have some of the following but we are looking for someone who is early in their career and wants to take the next step, has a great attitude to learning and growing with our business: Civil Engineering Degree or Diploma or working towards a Degree or Diploma Full Class 1 (Class 2 Licence and WTR preferred) First Aid Level 1 3 years' work experience in road construction projects Ability to lead, supervise and manage operational teams Sound operational data entry, information management and IT skills, including specialised Project Management packages What can we do for you?
