Your chance to make a real impact Position Overview: PRA has partnered with a fast-growing healthcare start-up operating within the mental health services space. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead UX Designer to spearhead the design and rebuild of their new platform. As the Lead UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating an intuitive, engaging, and effective user experience that meets the diverse needs of our client's users. Key Responsibilities: ● Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept to implementation, ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience across all touchpoints of the platform. ● Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements, user flows, and design solutions that align with business goals and user needs. ● Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis of user feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on the user experience. ● Establish and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform. ● Mentor and coach future junior designers, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the design team. What we are looking for: ● 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a proven track record of designing successful digital products or platforms. ● Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design across web and mobile applications. ● Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc., and familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Principle, Framer, etc.). ● Experience working in agile environments and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. ● Knowledge of data analytics and the ability to leverage data-driven insights to optimise the user experience is a plus. ● Previous experience in the health sector or designing for healthcare-related products/services is highly desirable. ● Passion for mental health and a genuine appreciation for the value that the product provides to its users.
