About this Role: We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Cocktail Bartender to join our team. As a bar staff, you will be working in cocktail parties, superyachts events, private homes, festivals and more. You will be also working in multiples location around Sydney, every day is a different venue, and you have the opportunity to work in the most luxurious events and collaborate hand-by-hand with the most recognized suppliers in the industry. In this role, you will be: Delivering exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, recommending drinks tailored to their preferences, and ensuring a memorable experience Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks Setting up the bar area, packing down and restocking as needed Supporting the rest of the service (if it is needed) Greet customers and take orders in a timely manner Maintain the safety and cleanliness of allocated section (glassware, cocktail equipment and cellar) To be successful in this role, you will require: Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) competency card Have a passion for people and the hospitality industry Be up to date with current bar and industry trends Previous experience working at private homes -desirable- Sound knowledge of wine, beer and spirits Ability to be the host and manage timeline Why Should You Join the SixthSense Family?
