As our SAP Data Migration Lead, you will be responsible for delivering range of SAP implementation and data migration projects for a broad range of clients. This position is an ideal opportunity for an experienced SAP professional who has a strong understanding of SAP systems and their integration with data management strategies. Responsibilities: Leading end-to-end data migration projects, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data transferred from legacy systems to SAP platforms. Defining the data migration Strategy, architecture, and conversion test cycles. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, developers, business analysts, and key stakeholders, to gather requirements. Designing and implementing data mapping, transformation, and validation processes using data migration toolset such as SAP Data Services, LSMW, or other such as Syniti ADM. Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure successful project delivery. Proactively identifying and mitigating risks associated with data migration, maintaining data quality and governance standards. Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience leading E2E SAP data migration projects, with in-depth knowledge of SAP modules and associated data migration tools across greenfield, brownfield or SDT migrations. Proficiency in SAP Data Services, LSMW, LTMC, and other 3rd party ETL tools for data mapping, transformation, and validation. Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management with experience using MS Project. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Experience in data quality assurance and governance practices. Familiarity with relevant data protection and privacy regulations as well as experienced in data masking and data scrambling in data migration Certifications in SAP modules or data migration tools.
