Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in analysing the performance of promotional and digital activities, setting up meaningful campaigns on META Business Manager, monitoring website and social media traffic, and leveraging insights to enhance user experience. Your Responsibilities: Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning, development, and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, display advertising, and search engine marketing (SEM). Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and relevant content for digital channels, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and website updates. Social Media Management: Monitor and manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing performance metrics to optimise content and increase engagement. Email Marketing: Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, and performance analysis. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse key performance metrics for digital marketing campaigns, websites, and social media channels. Prepare regular reports and provide insights to inform decision-making and optimise strategies. Digital Advertising: Coordinate the creation and placement of digital advertisements across various platforms, including display networks, social media, and other online channels. About You: To thrive in this role, you'll need: A proven track record of end-to-end campaign management. Strong project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple initiatives concurrently. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute performance marketing programs that yield strong ROI. Thorough understanding of the digital landscape, including eCommerce, social media, and email marketing. About the role The Digital Content Creator will produce, edit, design and distribute content that is on-brand, creative and up-to-date for the Eastern Health website, social and emerging media platforms, other media channels and associated internal and external networks. Specifically, this role will support the attraction and retention of nursing, midwife and allied health graduates. About you To be successful in this role you will possess: High level competency in filming (using DSLR, flash, sound equiptment etc) and editing (through the Adobe suite) content A relevant tertiary qualification (preferably marketing/communication/media). Proven experience in social media, digital and website management. Proficiency in multimedia and graphic production programs including the suite of Adobe software. Proficiency in online multimedia and graphic production platforms such as Adobe Spark, Biteable or similar. EDM production and analytics utilising Mailchimp and other multimedia production programs, Digital advertisement creation and management (including Facebook, LinkedIn and Google) utilising Facebook Business Manager and other platforms Please refer to the attached position description for further details of the role.
