Key Responsibilities Contribute to the implementation and execution of Safety Systems and Procedures. Ensure packaging equipment is operated, maintained and modified according to applicable codes and standards. Ensure that quality requirements and product supply to customers are achieved. Conduct capacity studies, enhance system reliability, and identify/implement productivity improvements including new technologies. Problem solving and technical support in troubleshooting issues related to packaging area including leading RCA as required and support in training of operational personnel. Work with Packaging operations and maintenance team to troubleshoot packaging issues, maintain packaging quality, and optimize packing line reliability and efficiencies. Work Experience / Technical Skill Requirements Demonstrate Understanding and knowledge of machine safety standard AS4024 Show thorough understanding of the interactions between machine, materials, methods, environment, and people to provide robust operating systems. Demonstrate strong Analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated understanding and experience working with fully/semi-automatic packing lines including robots. Demonstrated ability to migrate data from multiple source locations will be highly regarded. Experience with Siemens PLC, Emerson Delta V, OSI PI and SAP is highly regarded.
