Additionally, the role will also provide support to the clinic supervisors, allowing them more time to mentor our Master of Chiropractic students on placement. The position will spend one day at each of the Department's three clinics (MQ Campus, Eastwood, Summer Hill) on a weekly basis. It will also assist in the management of reception and patient information for each of the clinics and to provide mentoring in reception to students on placement. About You The successful candidate will have experience working in a clinical reception, standardising procedures, and in training others on receptionist duties. Helping to do ground work with 2 year old horses to prepare for sale. Some property maintenance of arena and gardens around yard and house.with battery whip snip, ride on mower and some weeding. Key Responsibilities: Carry out preventative maintenance and general repairs Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, fittings and equipment to ensure continued service and operation Machine breakdowns and ensuring equipment operates in its most efficient condition. Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficiency and productivity. Requirements: Fitter/Turner or Fitter/Welder Qualification - a must. Recent maintenance experience of plant, machinery, factory equipment in an Engineering or Manufacturing set-up – highly regarded. Flexible, able to work autonomously and as part of a team. Hold a current Queensland manual driver's licence. Current QLD forklift licence - highly regarded. Display a positive, can-do attitude to work and assisting others. Must be punctual, reliable and available for work Monday to Friday (40-45 hours per week). Must be available to work between 6:00 am - 3:30 pm, from Monday to Friday Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to perform consistently.
