This role requires someone who considers themselves a gun in advisory with a strong background in Banking, Lending and small businesses. They will be able to help navigate clients through the post insolvency process with conviction and empathy to achieve the best possible outcomes ensuring complete regulatory compliance and adhering to all industry standards. A strong leader who drives from the front to achieve goals fast and effectively. Responsibilities Lead a team in providing post insolvency and debt advisory services Develop strategies to assist businesses in distress, focusing on debt management. Analyse the financial status of clients and develop solutions for retention and recovery and advise on the best course of action to minimise exposure and optimize outcomes. Liaise with the internal team and internal and external stakeholders. Liaise with legal teams and advisors and direct accordingly Proactively source lending solutions appropriate to client needs Stay abreast of all regulatory bodies, legislative changes, best practices and push for resolution of issues. Be an effective negotiator with industry and government bodies in particular the ATO Be an expert of navigating through post insolvency ensuring the client is fully informed, prepared and guided each step of the way. Build excellent rapport with clients and form strong relationships with them becoming a trusted advisor Proactively generate new business through marketing initiatives, and networking within the industry.
