Liaise with local council and regulatory bodies including Department of Planning to obtain necessary approvals. Liaise with internal and external designers to develop design and construction drawings. Supervise and coordinate on-site activities, ensuring that projects adhere to safety and regulatory guidelines. Implement stringent quality control measures to ensure that projects comply with industry-specific standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. Ensure all contractors operate with all Supagas safety rules and permits. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and resolve quality issues, employing industry best practices. Act as the primary point of contact for project internal and external stakeholders, HSEQ team, contractors, and site manager. Provide regular project updates and technical reports to keep stakeholders informed and ensure alignment on project goals. Identify potential risks, such as technical and safety challenges, and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions. Supervise the progress of projects and ensure they are delivered on time and within budget. Identify potential challenges and develop proactive solutions to overcome them. Use the Management of Change (MOC) & Ready for Start-up Review (RFSR) for all projects. Ensure all contractors operate with all Supagas safety rules and permits.
