You will work closely with all business units; your ownership and guidance will shape future features and capabilities of the systems. The exciting stuff that you will be doing… Your role involves a combination of technical expertise and communication skills to provide detailed support and guidance to end-users. Here are some of your key responsibilities: Administration and ongoing support of key Business Applications for Protecht Group such as Kantata (Mavenlink, Kimble), Totango and Salesforce. Own and execute the day-to-day administration through configuration, reporting, training, support, maintenance, and overall improvement of the key business applications & platforms. Work closely with business stakeholders to interpret requirements and build out-of-the-box best practice solutions to improve operational efficiencies. Review the system environments to ensure that best practices are followed. Drive process automation initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency through innovative technological solutions. Ensure rapid response and effective resolution to issues and requests while minimizing downtime and enhancing user satisfaction. Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new improvements and feature requests – particularly related to configuration, workflows, notifications, dashboards, and reporting. Identify opportunities where the company can make better use of features and demonstrate positive ROI. Assist with training and facilitate user adoption of the system and new features. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of the applications, documenting critical information on solution and data to support and maintain continuous learning. Are you the one? You’ll be a great fit if you have: Experience administering CRM, professional services automation (PSA) and/or Customer Success platforms. Experience administering Kantata (Mavenlink), Totango and Salesforce - preferred. Strong business stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to troubleshoot end user questions and suggest solutions. In-depth knowledge of building out workflows, integrations, notifications, and low code solutions. High level of planning and organisation skills with a track record of managing multiple priorities at once, across many projects. A ‘can do’ attitude to get the job done. About the role: In this role you will be building, configuring, and automating technology solutions to deliver business value. Configuration Changes: Implementing and managing Salesforce configuration updates utilising the existing suite of tools & products, including (but not limited to) flows, approval processes, page layouts, fields, record types, reports, dashboards and list views. User Management: Managing roles, profiles, users, permission sets, apps, and home pages. Data Integrity: Implementing strategies to enhance Salesforce data quality, leveraging automation and best practices to optimise data integrity. User Support and Training: Providing ongoing support to users, addressing queries and issues promptly, while also conducting comprehensive training sessions to maximise user proficiency. Integrations: Providing hands-on support for new integrations and resolving integration-related issues with other systems, such as accounting and payroll systems, and assisting with data synchronisation. System Maintenance: Conducting routine system maintenance activities, including security reviews, release updates, and health checks, to ensure optimal platform performance. The experience and skills you need: Minimum of Advanced Salesforce Administrator Certification.
