Sales Director - Field Service Management - APAC » Sydney CBD, Sydney - Our client is a Telco vendor and they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead Field Service Management sales efforts in the APAC region. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving consulting and services and technology implementations for our clients in Utilities, Telco, Mining, and other industries. The Sales Director will collaborate closely with global and regional sales and consulting leaders to achieve strategic objectives and revenue targets. Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for Field Service Management solutions and services in the APAC region. Collaborate with global and regional sales and consulting leaders to align sales efforts and account targeting. Work closely with technology vendor and channel partner organisations to orchestrate joint go-to-market strategies and sales campaigns. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in Utilities, Energy, Mining, Telecommunications, Infrastructure, and other sectors. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring a strong pipeline of potential clients. Provide timely reporting of revenue, order intake, and other key sales and performance metrics. Qualifications and Experience Proven track record in enterprise services sales, ideally with a focus on technology implementation and consulting services. Knowledge and experience in the Utilities and/or Telecommunications industry is preferred. Deep understanding of works management and field service / works execution processes. Familiarity with field service management technology platforms, including one or more of Salesforce, IFS, Oracle, ServiceNow, OverIT, SAP, etc. Strong leadership skills with the ability manage and achieve sales targets.
