You will efficiently deal with complex enquiries relating to College programs across all modes and locations, actively contribute to further development of University systems and processes and work collaboratively with other members of the Student Advice, STEM Student Lifecycle and wider Student Lifecycle Services teams and key stakeholders to ensure effective academic administration. You may be required to work extended and/or flexible hours during high-volume peak periods.
