ACCOUNTABILITIES The position is accountable for: Leading the Disaster Recovery Test for Client'sVictoria's key business applications, and ensure ongoing practices are implemented for disaster recovery activities. Leading the implementation of the annual Penetration Test. Engaging relevant business stakeholders (both within Client Victoria and across relevant government agencies) to update Client Victoria's Incident Management procedures and help enhance incident responses (including cyber incident response). Reviewing and strengthening Client Victoria's identity and access management policies and procedures, including analysing options for enabling multi-factor authentication for Client Victoria's Retailer Portal. Working with Information Security staff to establish a cybersecurity maturity baseline for Client Victoria in accordance with the Victorian Protective Data Security Framework (VPDSF). Mandatory Demonstrable experience leading projects or programs. Extensive experience as a cyber lead/analyst (or an IT business analyst) with a demonstrated ability to 'get things done'. Demonstrable ability to lead and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organisation. Experience in leading, driving and implementing continuous improvement outcomes with clear organisational benefits. Proven ability to engage, negotiate with and manage third parties to deliver services.
