The Principal Consultant role will largely focus on proactive, preventative and innovative approaches to managing the impacts of working in high risk, dynamic and operational environments. In this role you will: Assist in the review, development and implementation of strategies, policies and procedures relating to employee assistance and wellbeing. Partner with other areas of the business, and engage with the workforce, to design and facilitate a range of responses to improve organisational wellbeing. Develop, promote and deliver employee wellbeing services (including training and employee support networks), consistent with strategic objectives. Provide advice and support to the agency in relation to complex people issues relating to mental health and wellbeing concerns that have arisen in the workplace (in collaboration with Injury Management, Human Resources and Employee Relations colleagues). Oversee the provision of first response psychological support services and provide advice to managers in such instances. This may also include being actively involved in the provision of psychological first aid to staff as needed. Employ a risk management approach to psychosocial hazards and risks to assist QCS in maintaining its legislative compliance while facilitating a proactive and systematic approach to psychological health and wellbeing in the workplace. Be actively involved in the management of contracts for the external provision of employee services - including those for employee assistance, integrated health and vulnerable persons. Support other QCS initiatives (including those relating to health and safety, inclusion and diversity, human rights, organisational development and transformation) by ensuring employee wellbeing programs are appropriately aligned. Co-design and co-deliver integrated employee programs and services wherever possible and appropriate. Build strategic partnerships across all levels of management and with the employee group to ensure holistic wellbeing and achieves and maintains its profile as a critical business consideration. Actively work in collaboration and consultation with central agencies, regulatory authorities, relevant professional and peak industry bodies, and other external stakeholders to ensure alignment with evidence-based practice. We are seeking a Principal Consultant with solid skills in Dynamics CRM and Power Platform to join our CRM practice. Role Purpose Principal Consultants are sales focused technology specialists, who are viewed as trusted advisors by clients. The Principal Consultant will act as the technical lead on projects, overseeing a number of Technical/Delivery Consultants on larger engagements. They will also be responsible for assisting with the development of Intellectual Property (IP) in their expertise areas. Principle Accountabilities & Responsibilities Act as leader for the differentiation of Insight's technical capability. Develop solution knowledge and share this IP both locally and Asia Pacific wide. Focus on assisting the practice team to meet the Services Practice's financial target. Assist with client proposals and engage early on in the client planning and solution definition phase. Working together with Account Managers (AM) and Project Managers (PM), define the roadmap and milestones for each project, and the required involvement of delivery teams. On all engagements the Principal Consultant should own the proposed solution, oversee the Delivery Consultant team members and remain engaged with the client. Take responsibility as the technical representative of Insight within strategic accounts to develop strong client relationships and identify opportunities for Insight. Key skills, Knowledge and Experience A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline. 8 years of experience architecting, designing, and implementing advanced technical solutions. Previous consulting/professional services experience is required. Solid pre-sales experience and should have led large pre-sales engagement. Strong ability to cultivate relationships with partners, suppliers in order to develop and share understanding of technology roadmaps both within Insight and with Insight's client community required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate both technical and abstract concepts in a clear and concise manner a must. Highly developed conceptual and analytical skills combined with sound judgement. Ability to write quality high level and detailed architectural diagrams, strategic roadmaps and technical documentation that communicate customer vision. Understanding of project budgets, financials and commercials Work with our customers to understand functional and business requirements and make appropriate technology recommendations. Deliver strategic consultancy services including enterprise maturity assessments, roadmaps and technology platform evaluations. Develop and maintain effective customer and user relationships, including representing Insight at conferences, User Groups and other marketing/PR activities as appropriate. Technical skills: Expert level understanding of at least 2 of the Dynamics 365 First Party Applications Expert level understanding and hands on experience with Power Automate and Canvas Apps. Working knowledge with hands on experience with Power BI, Power Pages and AI Builder Experience with complex CRM configuration and customisation including integration and data migration. Good functional consulting experience is required to develop a broad understanding of the client's environment and to develop custom solutions for the client. You'll be comfortable working with a high degree of independence to ensure technical quality and adherence to budget and programme. You'll also be involved in business development by being active in client management activities including prepare fee proposals for external and internal clients. As a highly experienced member of our team, you will provide guidance and mentoring to our upcoming professionals, whilst leading and delivering a range of programs designed to provide progressive project solutions for our clients. This role will see you communicating with clients, preparing reports, leading field work teams, liaising with subcontractors, preparing tenders and promoting innovative solutions for your clients. What will a day in this role look like:: - Contaminated site investigations - Remediation, surveillance and validation works - Waste classification and beneficial reuse assessments - Preliminary and detailed contaminated site investigations - Remedial action plans and site validation reports - Site Supervision and contractor management during remedial works. - Writing tenders / proposals in the pursuit of winning new business.
