We will be constructing two additional processing trains at the plant, to increase production of up to 100,000 metric tonnes per annum of lithium hydroxide, supporting the manufacturing of an estimated 2.4 million electric vehicles annually. Crane Superintendent to join our team. You will work on a 3/1 roster and accommodation will be provided. Please not this is a Drive-in & Drive-out role. We are seeking an experienced Crane Superintendent to oversee crane operations for our lithium construction project. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient use of cranes on site, coordinating crane activities with other project teams, and enforcing adherence to relevant safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise crane operations, including setup, dismantling, and movement. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations. Coordinate crane activities with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on cranes. Train and supervise crane operators and riggers. Keep detailed records of crane usage, maintenance, and incidents. Requirements: Proven experience as a Crane Superintendent or similar role in construction projects. In-depth knowledge of crane operations and safety regulations. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively. Relevant certifications and licenses (e.g., Crane Operator Certification, OSHA Crane Safety Training).
