Working in our Impact Team, the Climate Change and Environmental Lead will drive strategy, innovation and learning in relation to climate change, ecological justice, and environmental protection. The inpatient simulated placement experience will take place within the University’s newly built 12-bed simulated hospital space, and outpatient experiences will take place within the musculoskeletal clinical teaching spaces. The Biodiversity Division delivers a variety of services aimed at supporting diverse and resilient natural ecosystems for a liveable, sustainable, and prosperous Victoria. Partnering closely with Traditional Owners, the Division maintains productive relationships across government and external stakeholders to understand biodiversity decline in Victoria, while leading the government's strategic biodiversity policy response and working to attract investment to most effectively deliver Victoria's biodiversity goals and targets. About the role The Director of Biodiversity Programs and Partnerships leads the end-to-end development and delivery of environmental programs, and oversees the Biodiversity Division's strategic partnerships. This includes driving sustained strategic investment in biodiversity from various stakeholders, including government, private entities, and others. This position will identify opportunities, develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, and foster those partnerships to deliver greater levels of investment in nature and biodiversity.
