Automate processes using core Salesforce tools such as flows, approval processes and validation rules. Maintain the integrity of Salesforce data. Manage Salesforce user accounts, permission sets, to ensure appropriate levels of access and security. Provide full transparency on work in progress and completed through Project tracking (Jira). Keep up to date with Salesforce functionality and services and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to represent Salesforce’s capacity to solve business problems.
