Provide superior customer service to all clients Educate clients through consultative selling, promoting new products and knowledge of promotions Drive sales using your entrepreneurial spirit to build your loyal client base Accurately and efficiently process financial transactions utilizing POS System Maintenance of correct store promotions and signage as well as stock and display merchandising Cash handling and performing opening and closing duties, including bank deposits Overseeing the maintenance of store inventory as it pertains to sending and receiving stock Perform other duties as required Requirements: Exceptional customer service skills – develop and maintain positive relationships with our loyal client base Willingness to retain product knowledge to promote sales Solid visual merchandising skills with an eye for detail Strong technical aptitude - ability to learn a new computer system Highly motivated and reliable Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities – Thrive in a team setting and able to work independently Passion for the Beauty Industry is a must have. Experience as a hairstylist, a nail technician, an esthetician or in beauty sales is considered an asset. In this role you would work alongside our other beauty tutors in supporting and tutoring our online beauty students. Primarily, your role would be assessing student assignments. Students submit photographs, videos and written responses. You will have the opportunity to utilise both written and video responses to students. Core Responsibilities: The core responsibilities for this role include; - Marking student assignment submissions. - Facilitating phone and video support calls. - Answering student questions and providing instructions via email or video. Your profile: Ideal candidates for this position must have; - Minimum 3 years of recent experience in Nail Tech. - Understanding of and experience in delivering multiple Nail Tech services including Acrylic, builder gel, gel polish, nail tips and forms. - Recent qualifications in Nail Tech. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - A passion for learning and educating others. - Approachable and friendly personality. - Strong customer service skills. Nice to have: Some nice to have qualities or experiences include; - A certificate or general qualification in teaching, tutoring or education support. - Experience in education, teaching or tutoring. - Competency, understanding and specialisation for other treatments such as Eyelash Extensions, Pedicures, or Nail art. Role Requirements: The requirements for a FT position include; - The ability to work in the office a minimum 1-2 days per week. - Full time availability. - Availability for either 10am till 6pm or 8am till 4pm Monday to Friday. The requirements for a Permanent Part Time position include; - Availability for minimum 2 full days 10am till 6pm. - Ability to either work from home or office. Suitable candidates must be available in the beginning for some in office training in systems and processes The requirements for a casual contract position include; - Availability at least 20 hours a week to mark student assessments. - Ability to either WFH or in office. Suitable candidates must be available in the beginning for some in office training in systems and processes Salary: $65,000 to $75,000 FT annual salary plus super plus bonuses package. Range dependent upon experience and qualifications. A pro rata salary offered for either casual or PT candidates. What does pro rata mean? Pro rata essentially means "equivalent".
