Tasks & responsibilities The Account Executive is responsible for the following activities including but not limited to: Formulate, implement and manage business plans aimed at existing clients, to drive profitability, develop a pipeline and maximize revenue within existing client base; Work closely with Account Directors on Managed Service and Professional Service contract deals; Drive Technology Sourcing (IT procurement) deals for existing business and work closely with Account Managers to close deals identified opportunities in this space; Achieve and exceed Gross Profit targets; Work closely with the Sales Operations to prepare activity reports and sales forecasts from CRM data inputs; Use weekly forecasting and pipeline management to manage sales growth; Regularly perform deep analysis of accounts including “white spacing” to determine key areas of opportunities; Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to existing customers to pitch new products and services; Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate the preparation of sales proposals, tenders, bids and contracts; Develop and maintain solid relationships with vendors and distributors, working with Account Managers to determine the best available deals for the client and drive down buy price to increase sales margins. They are looking for a highly collaborative and driven individual to join the team as an Account Executive. You will be responsible for driving new business sales and identifying areas to expand the portfolio within accounts you bring on board.
