POSITION’S ASSIGNMENT Dotted-line reporting to the Avene Brand Manager whilst working closely with the wider Marketing team in the areas of marketing communication, implementing the season marketing program to achieve sales and growth targets of Avene and Klorane. 2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Executing the Marketing plans to ensure that new products and promotions are being delivered to the market on time and within budget. Supporting Brand Managers and the Digital Marketing Team in execution of marketing campaigns and ongoing projects. Briefing in and producing Marketing collateral, merchandise instore point of sale material and local packaging relating to both product launches and promotions. Supporting in the preparation of presentations such as marketing presentations to Australian retailers and for any internal conferences. Assisting with the implementation of the PR strategy and the organization of PR events. Managing relationships with external stakeholders. Conducting regular market share, competitor and pricing analysis to ensure that the wider marketing teams are informed of market activity. Produce post-campaign reports. Managing stock orders for the office, find opportunities to utilise excess stock through sampling, charity donations and brand awareness activities. Supporting wider teams as the Marketing representative in cross-functional projects (sales, training, shopper marketing, supply chain, regulatory). 3.
