Continuous Improvement and Best Practices: Implement A/B testing to refine ad elements, stay updated with industry developments, and apply best practices for continuous performance improvement. About you: You will be responsible for the strategy, planning and execution mainly across Google Ads, experience with a variety of performance channels such as Facebook and LinkedIn would be highly valued. Experience in aligning company strategy with budgets, performance history and marketing objectives. Strong understanding of digital & social marketing channels, SEO, SEM, and paid media. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Specialist, ANZ supports Digital Marketing elements of the Commercial Marketing Activation Planning (CMAP) and ensures first-class execution against these plans, testing, and optimizing along the way. BA EA Marketing is reorganizing to become a critical function to deliver our business objectives through increased focus on data-driven marketing investment that enables growth. The Digital Marketing Specialist is an individual contributor and is part of a wider CA ANZ Marketing organisation of around 8 people. What You'll Do Manage the outbound communications plans and calendar, aligning with the wider CA ANZ marketing team, audience segmentations and ongoing optimisations across the five brands Drive Consumer Star Rating (Cstar) promotional plans across the five brands, and report to the business on a monthly basis, working with Bazaarvoice platform. Manage CA ANZ Digital CX website enhancements by briefing requirements for prioritisation BA EA teams, including CDI XO (TBD on what system will be used and how the process will work). Track and evaluate digital metrics focused on website visitor success scores to ensure ongoing enhancements that improve digital consumer experience. Collaborate with BA EA Web & Outbound Communications team on the CRO websites plan and ongoing optimisations and efficiencies. Support the CA ANZ digital activation plan, as part of the CMAP, to ensure we're delivering to digital initiatives plan. Manage projects which drive key strategic SEO focus areas for CA ANZ to maintain and increase organic traffic for focus products and services. Manage website platform integration workflows, that enable conversions and content syndication (Hatch and Flixmedia platforms). With the Digital Marketing Manager, manage local PIMS & ensure website change requests are submitted & up to date. Agency and Partner liaising including Niteco and BazaarVoice, including WIPS and other comms. Work with the BA EA Web & Communications & CDI teams to create ongoing consumer product registrations programs alongside broader marketing strategies and develop marketing opt-in to grow the ANZ marketable consumer base. Manage CA ANZ media trafficking requirements with the CA Consumer Marketing team to ensure focus products and timings are delivered against. Trafficking content will remain local until we migrate to EG (until which Zenith/media team will help train local team on how to do it - process will be managed by BA EA Media & Comms Planning teams). Who You Are Strong Digital Marketing experience in consumer-driven companies with proven results. Proven success in taking a company's strategic vision to plan/develop a consumer-driven marketing plan that drives profitable growth, market share, and brand health improvements. Digital Marketing channel management experience and understanding of interdependencies. Digital Marketing in the post purchase area Technical knowledge including HTML/CSS/JS/SQL is advantageous.
