General understanding and interest in residential construction and property markets. Minimum of 2 years' experience in property. Strong attention to detail, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency with Microsoft software and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Team player with a collaborative mindset and great organizational skills.
