Extensive experience working as a senior Legal Secretary or Paralegal for an in-house Legal team, or within a Legal firm. The minimum qualifications and experience for this role are: NSW Law Society Legal Secretary training (equivalent experience will be considered) or 10 years working as a Legal Secretary or Paralegal in a private law firm. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work from a customer (both internal and external) perspective to ensure customer satisfaction, by adoption a solutions focused mindset. Assertive, tenacious and resilient approach with a 'can do' attitude. Must be eligible to work in Australia (Australian Citizen or appropriate Visa holder).
